ArtBus might just be the perfect spring Saturday thing to do. It’s a free, all-ages one-day event that takes riders across downtown Edmonton to participating galleries and artist-run centres via special ETS buses. On March 22nd, hop on at any of the designated Art Stops across downtown Edmonton to visit exhibitions, buy art, and get involved in hands-on creative activities. The ArtBus route runs in a continuous loop between 9 participating galleries, helping connect people with art downtown. Three chartered ETS ArtBuses will run the route from 12 - 5 p.m. to pick up and drop off participants at each Art Stop, free-of-charge.

Participating galleries include Alberta Council for the Ukrainian Arts, @albertacraftcouncil, @youraga, CO*LAB @colabyeg, @harcourt_house, @latitude_53, @mitchellartgallery, @ociciwan Ociciwan Contemporary Art Centre and SNAP Gallery.

It includes sliced baguettes (not pictured), savoury meats (nem nuong, cha lua, sliced pork shoulder), perfectly seasoned pâté, veggies, fresh herbs. pickled carrots and daikon, a variety of peppers, signature sub soy sauce (not pictured) and house-made Viet mayo (rich and buttery) —all set up for easy snacking. Build your own custom bites, grab a drink, repeat 🥂
